Fradkin & McAlpin looked to the neighborhood’s industrial aesthetic for the significant upgrade works to the new Brooklyn retail space. The new building stands out by virtue of its location, the first stop on the L train in Brooklyn at 7th Avenue. Taking cues from its 19th century neighbors, the building refines Williamburg’s 21 Century cache. It is part of the gateway to Williamsburg.

We maximized the floor space by creating a 12 ft. high cellar sales space. The new building features floor to ceiling glass windows, brick exterior, and a roof deck.
